With hints of tawny color from 35 months of aging in 50% French and American oak barrels, this reserve Tempranillo exhibits a fragrance of blackcurrant, prune, herbs and a hint of stewed tomato. The wine presents a palette of dark fruit, cocoa and dried herbs.

A favorite among full-bodied red wine lovers, this Cabernet Sauvignon has it all with dark fruit, tannin, and oak. It delivers flavors of black currant (cassis), black cherry and blackberry with notes of green bell pepper, spice, tobacco, wood, and vanilla. 

Enticing aromatics of toasted brown sugar, warm cinnamon, and ripe black cherry rise from the glass. On the palate, this fruit-forward Malbec reveals vibrant cranberry layered with delicate hints of baking spice from new French Oak barrels. Silky, medium tannins lend structure, while a graceful, lingering finish leaves a lasting impression.

The Rosé of Mourvedre gets its color from the Mourvedre varietal and exhibits a beautiful salmon color in the glass. The nose offers rose, crushed pomegranate and white raspberry. The palette is a balance of grapefruit and watermelon, with a hint of white pepper. Drink now with Thai food, fried chicken, and rich curry-based dishes, or alone by the pool!

Serve chilled between 45- 50 degrees. No decanting is required. Drink now.

Rosé of Mourvedre

This bright, approachable and refreshing 2023 Roussanne from the High Plains displays light tropical fruit notes, perfect for a warm summer day.

This is a red wine drinkers Rosé, with a bright acidity, soft mouthfeel, and a full finish.

This elegant expression of 100% Sangiovese is delightfully juicy with notes of red cranberry and caramel. Carefully hand harvested and perfectly balanced with medium acidity and tannins. 

Brut Nature

Present with bright, zesty aromas of fresh citrus peel, particularly lemon and grapefruit zest, accompanied by hints of floral notes and minerality on the palate.

Sparkling Blanc du Bois

Vibrant and fruit-forward, this dry white wine has notes of apple and citrus flower, offering a clean, juicy palate with lively acidity and a long, refreshing finish. Crisp when chilled and more refined at room temperature, it’s an exceptional wine that shines beautifully on its own.

Tannat Blend

Wrecking Ball is a blend of some of Texas’ boldest grapes - Tannat and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is also a story of innovation and resourcefulness.
